The form automatically identifies whether a candidate meets the requirements for the position and approves or rejects them instantly, reducing manual screening and saving time.

Interviews & Screening

Candidates who pass the application form can choose how they want to interview:

  • Instant phone interview through our proprietary AI phone agent
  • Scheduled interview at a later time (in-person, virtual, 1:1 or group)

You can also enable a second interview step when your operation requires deeper validation.

Once a candidate completes all required steps, they move from “candidate” to “employee” in your system — and can be scheduled using TrueConnect Scheduler.

XtraDrivers is our platform built specifically for FedEx ISPs to share drivers between companies. When you have extra capacity, you can offer your drivers to other ISPs — and when you are short, you can quickly find available drivers from trusted partners.


The system lets you publish your available drivers, see who is available in your area, check daily rates and request coverage for specific days or routes, without having to start the hiring process from zero every time.
