Automatic no-show warning emails
Mark a no-show on the schedule and Scheduler handles the follow-up. Warning emails go out on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd no-show within a rolling window you set (for example 45 days) — worded exactly the way you want.
Each email fills in the person's name, the exact no-show dates and your company details on its own. The final notice waits in your outbox so a manager can review and complete it before it goes out.

Never over-schedule a driver by accident
Scheduler counts how many days in a row each person has worked and shows a simple traffic-light next to their name — green, yellow, then red as they approach your limit.
